"I had worked with a therapist for almost a year and a half in my old city and made little to no progress. When I moved to Chicago, I still felt that my past traumas were unresolved…Sydney made this transition for me so much easier and really helped guide me during such a difficult time in my life. Words cannot express my gratitude to Sydney for helping me to take control of my mental health and allowing me to live freely, without feeling restrained by debilitating anxiety."

"Over the past 3.5 years, I have made tremendous progress in therapy. I am now able to manage my anxiety and have become so much more self-aware. I have also developed a stronger sense of self-worth and self-confidence. I am more grateful for the good things in my life, and I am more resilient in the face of challenges. I cannot thank Sydney enough for the positive impact she has had on my life. I am so grateful for her guidance and support. She has truly helped me to become the best version of myself. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a therapist who is both knowledgeable and compassionate. I hope this review is helpful to others who are looking for a therapist. Maddie’s Testimonials
-
"I have been working with Maddie for well over a year now, and I cannot recommend her enough. I began working with her during a time I was having difficulty managing grief and anxiety. Through our work together, I have developed many tools to help with not only those two issues but several others that have come up in the course of our time together, including work, relationship, and family issues. She provides many evidence based tools to use outside of therapy. Most importantly, she always makes me feel heard, supported, and never judged."
-
"Before finding Maddie, I had a really difficult time with attachments in toxic relationships, setting boundaries, and having a better view on my self-worth. Over the past two years of working together, I’ve been able to become the person I want to be with myself and other relationships. Though it’s constantly a work in process, I feel safe and comfortable with her and I know she will always reinforce constructive guidance and unconditional positive regards."
-
"I was lucky enough to spend nearly two years working with Maddie. Her guidance gave me a new perspective that helped me work through past traumas and turn challenges into opportunities for growth. What I loved most about working with Maddie is that you never feel like another face. It’s obvious in each session that she deeply cares about your own unique success, personal growth, and recovery. I’m very grateful for the positive impact Maddie has had on my life and wholeheartedly recommend her."
-
"When I began working with Maddie, I knew I had general anxiety and past trauma to process. I knew right off the bat that Maddie was going to be a great fit, as she truly listens and processes what you are saying. Her advice and suggestions are ones that are fit for YOU, not just generalized. Over two years later, Maddie has given me excellent tools and resources to work through all different areas of my life - from quitting a toxic job, working on body image, a lot of successful work processing past sexual assault and difficult relationships, and all types of strategies and reflections on new approaches for my anxiety. I highly recommend Maddie for her ability to identify accurate evidence-based next steps, create strong connections, and truly process and listen to exactly what you are saying - unexpected or not! She really is the best!"

I have been working with Maddie for 3.5 years now and she has drastically changed the way I view stressors in my life. I am truly grateful and appreciative of the work she has put in with me and it has definitely changed my life for the better. I initially came to her after graduating from college and needing help with the transition into the real world. Since then, she has been able to help me with relationship, self esteem, life transitions and other issues I've come across. Maddie has always done a great job of making me feel 100% comfortable in our sessions and creating a safe space for me to express my concerns. She continues to provide me with coping mechanisms and advice to work on my self esteem and relationships while also staying true to myself and understanding my value. I wholeheartedly recommend Maddie to anyone looking for a therapist who is patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable in her work.
