SG Therapy Group is currently looking for new clinicians to join our practice! We are looking to hire Full-Time Fully Licensed Therapists in both Chicago and Cleveland who have a developed niche area of focus. Primary Responsibilities
Provide clinical treatment to individuals and/or couples using a variety of modalities customized to individual client’s needs.
Attend weekly consultation appointments.
Demonstrate an understanding of case management needs and the ability to facilitate referrals.
Prepare clinical documentation such as session progress notes, treatment plans, additional assessment/evaluation tools, etc.
Document findings of client’s progress and modify plan of care as needed.
Maintain regular and timely communication with clients and intake requests.
Formulate DSM-5 diagnoses.
Schedule and reschedule clients for their ongoing therapy sessions.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, psychiatrists, and family members as needed.
Pursue continuous learning to effectively address the unique challenges of your caseload and the practice’s demographic.

You have the ability to create your own schedule. We offer a hybrid model with the opportunity to see clients both virtually and/or in-person if desired.

We schedule weekly consultations with the SG Therapy Group team where you have opportunities to discuss client cases or consult on resources. SGTG fosters positive and welcoming environment where clinicians feel accepted and supported.
Additionally, at SGTG there is a team of billing and administrative supports so that your focus can mainly be on your relationship with your clients!

We take great marketing efforts to build a consistent presence online and through word-of-mouth. We receive a steady stream of client intakes that will build your caseload.

We offer medical, dental and vision insurance. Additionally, a retirement fund with a 2% match when reaching a full-time caseload (an average of 20 clients per week). Lastly, we have a monthly travel stipend if you choose to work in-person at our office.

We have a team that works to get you paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare.

We use a streamlined Electronic Health Record to manage scheduling, documentation and Telehealth sessions.
